Bulk Beef Portions

We are delighted to offer portions of the animal so you can enjoy various cuts of beef.  We have listed the more common cuts of meat; however, butchers are artisans, and we encourage them to process the carcass to yield the best cuts for tenderness and flavor. You may get a few cuts that you aren’t familiar with, yet you will experience amazing flavor.  This allows several people to go together, acquire a large portion, and divide it among friends and family.  We have many customers who purchase a portion of the animal each year because it affords them a varied selection of cuts and excellent beef.

Since we know it will be a proportional order, we select animals for this process. These animals will grade Choice ++ or Prime and yield incredible beef.

    • Animals selected for bulk portions are chosen specifically for this process and will grade Choice++ or Prime, yielding exceptional quality and flavor.

    • Because portions are proportional, exact quantities may vary.

    • Enola Cattle Company will make substitutions of equal value if a specific cut is unavailable.
